Which countries do you ship to?

We ship worldwide. Delivery is especially fast and uncomplicated within the European Union. If you have any further questions, please use our contact form to get in touch with us.

Who delivers my parcel?

As our customer, you have the opportunity to choose from a variety of delivery services. In order to be able to offer you the best possible shipping and delivery terms, we work together with DHL, GLS, DPD and UPS as logistics partners.

DHL Service
DHL Standard

DHL is our logistics partner for convenient and secure delivery within Germany. DHL Standard delivery time is approx. 1-2 working days from dispatch for shipments within Germany.

  • Deliveries also on Saturdays
  • Delivery to a Packstation possible
  • Parcels are redirected to a post office if the delivery attempt was unsuccessful.

Please note that cash on delivery with DHL Standard is only possible up to a total of €3,500 for destinations within Germany.

Gogreen Service
GOGREEN - CO2-neutral shipping with DHL

Together, we have the opportunity to do something about global climate change and leave behind a healthy environment for future generations.

Within the framework of the GoGreen climate protection program, CO2 emissions resulting from transportation are determined according to a process based on the principles of the ISO 14064 standard. In accordance with the Kyoto Protocol, these emissions are then offset by climate protection projects.

GLS Service
General Logistics Systems (GLS)

GLS is our logistics partner for safe and inexpensive standard delivery.
GLS delivery time is 1-2 working days from dispatch for shipments within Germany. Deliveries are made by GLS throughout the day from Monday to Friday.

In case of an unsuccessful delivery attempt, the parcel may be collected from the nearest GLS parcel shop.

UPS Service
United Parcel Service (UPS)

UPS is our logistics partner for quick and secure delivery, as well as express deliveries.

Package delivery times for domestic German shipments
  • UPS Standard delivery time is 1-2 business days, delivery is made during the day
  • UPS Express Saver delivery time is 1 business day, guaranteed delivery during the day
  • UPS Express delivery time is 1 business day, guaranteed delivery before 10:30am

Deliveries are made by UPS throughout the day from Monday to Friday.

In the case of cash on delivery, the maximum amount of cash that may be handed over per addressee per day is the local currency equivalent to USD 5,000.
The legal limit for cash on delivery transactions is lower in some countries. In such cases, cash on delivery is only available up to this amount.

What are the delivery costs?

You will find the shipping costs directly on the product page, just click on the "plus shipping costs" link below the product price. When you fill your shopping cart and enter your address, you will see the exact shipping costs listed before you complete your order.

Do you also offer express delivery?

Yes, for a small extra charge you can order stock items by 14:00 at the latest, for guaranteed next-day delivery. This service is available for most European countries.

Where do I see the shipping status of my order?

We will send you a shipping confirmation by email on the day we hand over your order to the shipping service provider. There you will find a link so that you can track your parcel. Please note that a status is not available until approximately 19:00 on the day of shipment.
