In astrophotography, a stable connection between the telescope and the camera is extremely important. Many connectors tend to tilt the camera slightly, causing part of the image to become blurred. For this reason, astrophotographers try to screw the camera firmly to the telescope. However, this makes it impossible to place a galaxy, for example, diagonally in the image. This is where the image field rotator comes in. With an image field rotator, you can rotate your camera or other accessories to the desired orientation without losing focus. The low height of the rotator allows it to be used even with systems with a short back focus.

Tip: To avoid accidentally unscrewing your camera from the rotator, it is best to always turn the camera clockwise for a new alignment.
