Product description

The Omegon cross table is an excellent accessory for the Omegon VisioStar microscope.
It makes it easy to precisely align and position the sample to be examined under the lens.
The vernier scale on both axes means that an exact position within the sample can repeatedly be found.

This cross table can be mounted on the Omegon VisioStar stage in just a few minutes.
The microscope and cross table are designed to be used together.
The cross table is an invaluable aid when slowly and thoroughly examining a thin film sample.
