Camera mounts are extremely portable mounts onto which a camera can be attached. Camera mounts allow the Earth’s rotation to be compensated for - a prerequisite for long-period exposures. These are basically very compact equatorial mounts for photographing the night sky.

Larger camera mount models also allow the use of heavy camera lenses or even small telescopes.
